Introduction
The faculty of Physics offers the following program conducted in English:
Master of Science in Engineering
A 3 or 4-semester graduate program in the area of:
Photonics
Graduates from Photonics possess excellent knowledge in mathematics, physics, electronics, and information technologies and have a high level of qualifications to work for various institutions. During their studies, they are provided with a wealth of interesting and challenging opportunities which give them access to a wide variety of career paths in basic research, project management, designing, applied engineering, and manufacturing. The faculty of Physics cooperates with numerous national and international partners, allowing thus for access to the broad and complementary range of photonics expertise, software design, as well as fabrication and characterization facilities. Students are given the unique opportunity to participate in current research projects carried out by the Faculty. Most of the master thesis projects are completed in various research laboratories.
