Introduction
Educational objectives
The Master's Degree in Management aims at:
- Transmitting advanced knowledge of the primary corporate functional areas (management audit, marketing, corporate finance, organization, strategic management);
- Giving an integrated view of accounting, financial statements, corporate finance, planning, and management audit;
- Providing administrative expertise and fostering successful communication with people in charge of corporate functional areas, financial markets, corporate and tax law experts;
- Developing an integrated view of issues related to strategic and operational management of global firms, taking into account the international and multicultural features;
- Providing skills and tools necessary to work as practitioner and business consultancy;
- Providing knowledge and skills necessary to create and run new businesses.
Training modality
Training modalities consist of individual study, lectures, practice exercises, case study analyses, role-playing, involvement of practitioners, seminars, and traineeship.
Despite not being compulsory, attendance is strongly recommended.
International exchange programs
The Master's Degree in Management fosters international mobility, the most pervasive program is Erasmus+. Thanks to it, students can have lectures and take exams in a European university. Another important international mobility program is Erasmus + Traineeship, which enables students to do a traineeship in European public institutions and private enterprises. The Master's Degree also features Globus programs, which aim toward non-European internationalization.

Access requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or another equivalent acade mic qualification achieved overseas is required. Applicant must have earned this qualification in old quadrennial Degree courses in Economics or in one of the following degree courses: L-18 (DM 270/04), L-17 (DM 509/99), L-33 (DM 270/04), L-28 (DM 509/99).
Students must have a B1 English language certifi cation for Management and Control, Professional and Management and Business Creation, and B2 English language certification for International Management.
