Introduction
Innovation, health, and safety in an organization and effective human resources theories and practices are some of the key topics for the Work, Organisational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) Master. Two tracks are available, both taught in English:
- "Occupational Health Psychology" with the main focus on Occupational Health Psychology, Human Factors, Safety, Innovation, and Diversity Management. International mobility is not mandatory. Managed by the University of Bologna, including tuition fees, grants, and financial benefits.
- "Erasmus Mundus (EMJMD) in WOP-P", jointly delivered by a consortium of European universities (Bologna, Coimbra, Barcelona, Valencia). This track is coordinated centrally by the University of Valencia, delivers a «Multiple Degree» and includes a mandatory mobility period.

International Talents @Unibo: scholarships for international students a.y. 2024/25
The University of Bologna awards 80 new scholarships to deserving international students who wish to enrol in first, single, second cycle (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree programmes in the academic year 2024/25.
Scholarships have a value of € 4,500 gross and include a full tuition fee waiver. These grants are awarded for one academic year, based on SAT and GRE test scores and the verification of financial status.
