Introduction
Would you like to acquire management skills and work flexibly alongside your studies? With our Master's you can start your individual management career after 18 months at the latest. You can study in Heidelberg or at the Rhineland campus.
It doesn't matter in which industry you would like to start out as a successful manager later: In the interdisciplinary and always application-oriented modules of our master's degree, you will acquire the necessary tools - even without prior knowledge of business administration!
The teaching content is always based on the latest scientific findings and the many years of management experience of our lecturers. After just 10 months of interactive teaching and practical exams (no exams), you can put your newly acquired skills to the test in the practical phase of your studies.
The Master Management and Leadership has set itself the goal of preparing you as a student for life as a future manager - no matter in which industry.
