İzmir Institute of Technology is one of two institutions of higher learning in Turkey offering English-language instruction in City and Regional Planning.
The Master Program of Interior Architecture offers students expertise in interior layout and design. The program aims to provide interior architects with the ability to create aesthetic, functional and sustainable solutions, using their high standard of professional knowledge and based on a strong background in design.
The principal objective of this education is to teach students the important skills they would need in the future. Moreover, it is thought to be essential that students acquire a sincere love of this profession if they are to be successful in the future. In this direction, besides obligatory practice in offices or the construction sites, students will be introduced the realities of professional life under dynamic circumstances – may this be within or outside the academic life.
Within the two-year study program in "Architettura_Progettazione of the Interior and the Autonomy" in the English language, Master of Science in the class LM-4 Architecture and Architectural Engineering, the Department of Architecture and Industrial Design "Luigi Vanvitelli" (NUTS ) it has signed two international agreements for the establishment of two Double Titles, one in 2015 and another in 2016.
The graduate program in architecture intends to develop and deepen knowledge of the students in architecture to higher levels of professional competence based on Bachelor level qualifications; to give students an understanding in scholarly research; to develop the ability to conduct and communicate studies individually and ability to enhance lifelong intellectual growth.
