The aim of this faculty is to develop human resources who can contribute to regional healthcare and become responsible for the comprehensive healthcare system, and also bridge health, medical care, and welfare, while appropriately utilizing ICT. Also, it is to pave the way for students’ future careers and contribute to the development of academics related to healthcare information. Therefore, the keyword of our faculty is “Self-reliance” and “Co-creation” based on our educational principle, “Modern Practical Sciences”. This faculty provides an education that fuses “Nursing” and “Informatics” and that centered on three core competencies: “ability to learn from practice”, “basic abilities required for professionals” and “ability to utilize ICT”. -

The educational philosophy of the occupational therapy major is to acquire the attitude and ability to provide occupational therapy from the standpoint of the target person based on rich humanity, high ethical standards, keen sensitivity, and diverse expressiveness, and people. The purpose is to develop human resources who can support the health promotion of occupational therapy and contribute to the development of clinical, educational, and research occupational therapy. We will develop human resources who can have a basic attitude and way of thinking that respect the target person. We will develop human resources who have a wide range of basic academic abilities and have the ability to think logically and objectively. We will develop human resources who are motivated to contribute to people's healthy lives through occupational therapy. We will develop human resources who have high cooperation and collaboration ability and can play roles according to the situation. We will develop human resources with a challenging spirit who aim to develop academics from an international and multifaceted perspective. -
