Marbella Campus
As a world-famous luxury resort, Marbella is a living hospitality classroom. Our campus is a sun-kissed, hi-tech learning environment bursting with a Mediterranean flair.
Les Roches Marbella features four professional training kitchens, plus a demonstration bar, front office, housekeeping office, and hotel room.
Academic facilities include Apple technology-equipped classroom, Mac Lab, plus a 158-capacity auditorium with real-time connectivity to Les Roches Crans-Montana.
The professionally-staffed school library contains more than 6,000 books and professional publications, while students can also access an online library featuring more than 135,000 eBooks, plus thousands of more online publications and academic papers.
Good, healthy food is something we take very seriously at Les Roches Marbella. The campus has four restaurants, ranging from buffet-style to ‘a la carte’ dining.
In addition, all our students have free access to the nearby Manolo Santana Racquets Club – featuring tennis courts, gym, and pool.
Shanghai Campus
Swiss hospitality education meets exhilarating Asia at our Shanghai campus. Les Roches Jin Jiang offers first-class facilities and technology in a university setting.
Our modern, spacious campus provides a state-of-the-art learning environment, with ample space for students to collaborate and gain hands-on experience.
Students have access to classrooms equipped with SMART Board interactive whiteboards, a computer lab, a demonstration kitchen, a room division demonstration area, and an auditorium. The campus library contains an extensive collection of books, professional magazines, and audio-visual materials, while students can also access thousands of online journals and publications for research.
As a hospitality school, we naturally take food seriously. Students can enjoy delicious, healthy meals at five on-campus dining locations, which feature a range of Chinese and international dishes.
