Proper Nutrition Can Prevent Disease
The online M.S. Applied Nutrition program gives students critical thinking and analytical skills, teaching them how to evaluate current nutrition research and assess program effectiveness.
As an Applied Nutrition master’s student, you’ll complete five core courses in nutrition, including weight management; epidemiology; sports nutrition; nutrition programs and interventions; and pediatric nutrition. Besides, you’ll complete three research-methods courses, which will include your thesis project.
