MA Innovation Management will develop your understanding of the discourses and practices which influence innovation management, while also providing you with the necessary skills for critical engagement. You will work collaboratively as well as independently. You will be required to explore and experiment and to map and plan. Working theoretically and practically, you will identify and mediate across the many and diverse boundaries that intersect on the course.

The course highlights complexity, criticality and creativity. It engages with a range of other disciplines – notably, philosophy, sociology and anthropology – to enhance its examination of innovation and management, design and business. The course team is made up of experienced creative practitioners, business consultants, researchers, writers and educators. They will support your learning as an individual and as part of a team, so you can convey your own critical position.

Students on MA Innovation Management come from different disciplinary and cultural backgrounds. Previous students have worked in the creative industries while others have come from business and finance, psychology and marketing. physics and dance.
